A WORD FROM THE PROMOTER REGARDING CHANGES IN MODERN WARFARE…
Leading up to tonight’s event there has been some confusion regarding which sounds will be participating in tonight’s Sound Clash..In regards to Mystic Sound when an agreement is made between a promoter and a sound, the sound should uphold the end of said agreement. Numerous attempts were made on the promoters end to fulfill there obligation to Mystic which were met with unprofessionalism and a lack of responsibility, attempts were made to pay deposit and full pay upfront that were refused and were met with increase of fee that was not previously agreed upon.
Exile 1 Sound received there deposit in a months advance, 2 weeks ago it was brought to the promoters attention by Exile 1 that they needed “Greyhound Tickets”. On Monday Promoter received names of the selectors of Exile 1 Sound who would be traveling. Promoter agreed to but tickets..Within the last 72hrs Exile 1 Sound decided to withdraw from the Sound Clash without any clarification as to why..
Moving Foward the promoter has since made necessary changes and has hired The World Clash Champion Rebel Tone on such a late notice and the Champion has agreed to step in and War!! A lot of respect to Newby for agreeing to competing tonite!!
