Top 20 Dancehall Chart April 2013

i octane 2011Topping this month’s Dancehall Chart is I-Octane’s “Gal A Gimme Bun” –  a funny tune that some of you can relate to I’m sure.  This song was well crafted, his songwriting skills are getting better as time goes by.  This song was released in December of 2012 and now, mid April, it’s taking the world by storm!  The Dancehall Scene is still waiting for its first big riddim of the year.

Number two and number three respectively belong to Chronixx – a singjay that is sweeping our city with his chunes “Odd Ras” and “Behind Curtain”.  He is so big right now that he’s at the forefront of the Dancehall Scene – one that is usually dominated by the DJs.  Chronixx is rumoured to be coming to town next month – fingers crossed!  The rest of the chart speaks for itself, we haven’t put one out since December of last year, so enjoy!
