Reggae artist Busy Signal, born Glendale Goshia Gordon, will be released from jail in November after pleading guilty in July on a charge of absconding bail. The deejay was arrested in May in Kingston after stepping off a plane from London. He was then transferred to the United States after deciding not to contest his extradition. It is with sadness that I announce to Canadian clash fans that this year's Fully Loaded Re-Loaded Clash competition has been cancelled. Despite 20 sounds inquiring and expressing interest, only about 7 from the crop confirmed 100% by the September 25th deadline. For a variety of reasons, the majority of sounds chose to pass on this year's event, some saying they'll be "ready" next year - others most likely just growing tired of (or out-growing) the Fully Loaded concept.
