Reggae artist Busy Signal, born Glendale Goshia Gordon, will be released from jail in November after pleading guilty in July on a charge of absconding bail. The deejay was arrested in May in Kingston after stepping off a plane from London. He was then transferred to the United States after deciding not to contest his extradition. Busy Signal will serve a remaining two month jail term as the four months he served in Minnesota jail added to his sentenced as time served.Fans, colleagues, and friend are rejoicing with the news. Manager Shane Martin stated in reference to Busy’s popular song “Nah Go Ah Jail Again” was mentioned by judge that “the lyric talk about making childhood mistakes but moving forward in life”. Martin also disclosed Busy and his family are extremely happy about his impending release.
