I got to this event just in time to see the end of Mya’s show. Up next, a great set by Spex to warm up the crowd, followed by “Mr. Mentally Ill” – a.k.a. Tony Matterhorn. He not only DJ’d, but, performed as well. Orlando Octane took the stage next. I wasn’t feeling the vibes – musically speaking, but, he knew how to perform for the 1500 + in attendance. The girls couldn’t get enough of his crotch grabbing and wining techniques. Finally, at 3:45 AM, the headliner – ‘Popcaan’ emerged on the stage ready to strut his stuff. It was my first time seeing him live and i was definitely impressed! He was poised, confident, energized and dirty in what seemed like a short, but solid, 40 minute set. Big up to all the girls in the front row who kept up with Popcaan’s every move and the lyrics to every song! Although a few rain showers touched down, it didn’t put a damper on a great night. A good time was had by all!
alot of people who went to this event are very upset pocaan came on stage at 4am and performed for 15min then he just ran off the stage he does not care about his fans and just gets his money and cuts he’s known for doing this. Maybe thats why he got booed at fire fete because he did the same thing and in he small islands we waited all night for him to come on stage just to be disappointed waste of my money and i will not support any of his shows i think promoters should say what really happened and stop letting people who were not at the show believe it was great .
From very disappointed fan
